Perry’s real estate roots and family history go back more than 100 years and over five generations in Austin. He has 15 years of commercial real estate experience in investment sales, project leasing, and tenant/buyer representation across office, industrial, mixed-use, and land asset classes.
He owns and manages a personal portfolio primarily consisting of urban investment properties and rural land. This type of experience allows Perry to advise like an owner.
